It’s a Dehumidifer and a heater in one. I was surprised to see this made by this company but I bought it in hopes to help with the poor draft system in house in the winter. It works very well probably takes about 20 minutes to get the room to a comfortable temperature. I have them in all the rooms in the house. The price was a little high but its well worth it.

I purchased this unit after a thorough research seeking a portable AC strong enough to chill a 400 sq ft room. I'm really dissatisfied; it did spot cool, but never efficiently cools the room - it doesn’t puff really cold air. Also, the manual doesn’t guide very well. The tech support is too unresponsive, and it has been a regret to buy this product.

I'm not in a position to be messing with machines and windows. I have oil heat. This portable heater/cooler has solved all my problems. It is kind of funny rolling it to the room I need, but my place is small and I am getting used to that. Wow what a money saver it has already become. I'm really happy somebody finally did this!

I live in a rather large house without central air conditioning. So I had the option of buying many upon many window-fitted a/c's or just buy one of these. It's a one level house, thank god. This portable a/c is actually a lot stronger than most I've used. I love the fact that it has wheels, and I got some window fittings installed in my office and entertainment rooms, and just wheel it around when I have company or when I just want to relax. The tubes plug right in and it is very easy to operate.

This is a great air conditioner for the price. It works very well in my one room. I keep it on half of the day and it is cool enough then to leave it off and have the other half of the day at a nice temp.
