All I can say is WOW. I just purchased this, and have had it for 2 days now, and it's absolutely flawless. I've read so many reviews in anticipation of getting the best GPS for me, and I have found it. This thing is lightweight, easy to handle, touch-screen, extremely intuitive. It's just a Godsend. I've read a lot of comparisons on GPS's, and it boiled down to Tom Tom and Garmin. People who have the Tom Tom love them, and that's great, but the ones that have had any kind of trouble whatsoever have absolutely trashed their technical and customer support. I didn't want to reward a company that doesn't take customer service seriously, so I went with the Garmin. The only drawback I read online about Garmin was the fact that it wouldn't allow you to plan an entire trip from point A to point Z, with sub stops B,C,D,E etc... I thought that would be a deal breaker, but my brother pointed out something with that type thinking. You are only going to be going from one point, to the next, and that's the only point you should be concerned with, and he was right. The Garmin does allow you to SAVE addresses...so you can go in and put in all the stops you will be making on a trip, then just plop them in along the way. First we are going to B, then when you get to B, put in saved address C, go to C...then saved address D etc... It's really not that big of a deal.Bottom line, Garmin is spot on with it's directions. People have complained that it sent them 10 miles out of the way to go another way they know of in town etc.. First of all, why are you needing a navigation tool in a town where you know all the short cuts? Second, Garmin gives you a choice of the shortest distance, or the shortest time, and sometimes, they are not necessarily the same. Anyway, I am tickled to death with my purchase. I got a great deal, and I highly recommend [...] for all your electronic needs!!!

I had recently bought a 7" GPS, and it was too bulky for my car, so I decided to go back to a Garmin. I had the old Garmin IV Plus, and decided to try the 350. This GPS is accurate, the text-to-speech is easy to understand, acquires satellites quickly and determines best route and rerouting extremely fast.
