Comments about Dell Axim X51v:

I paid more for this hand held which is great but it doesn't have anything more than a cheaper brand would have, also the 600+ processor chews up the battery in no time, so you have to set it on the lowest setting for speed to save battery life (which is OK but if I wanted a slower processor I'd get a cheaper hand held). I am happy with it don't get me wrong, but I have long lectures, classes, and groups were I take notes for long periods and the battery needs to be charged a lot unlike my old ViewSonic Pocket PC which seemed to have a better battery. I think the Dell Axim X51V is great but like I said it doesn't have anything new that the older models don't have. Only two problems I have 1) the weak battery they give you with it and 2) the portable keyboard is sort of lame looking. Well I guess 3) is that you need to turn the processor speed way down too in order to conserve battery power.
