I use to record security cameras at 2 retail locations. Have had for 2 weeks and is working reliably. All the software is ActiveX through Internet Explorer so other browsers do not work. That's annoying but not a show stopper. This is the first NVR I have owned so I haven nothing to compare to. I found it easy to setup and it's easy to operate. I'm very pleased with it.
