This is a great product! I decided to try out this brand over APC, and loved it. It does what its supposed to do, its easy to set up, all you need to know is how much power you need. Once you figure that out, all you do is plug in and play. I had a black out recently, for probably about 10 minutes, and before the battery ran out, the power came back on and there was no harm done to my computer. I realize the power of this UPS is more than I need for just a computer tower, monitor and modem, but it worked great. And I think thats all that really matters!
