my personal experience in dealing with sony style was extremely seamless and without worries. i exchanged an inappropriate camcorder tripod for the appropriate one. the phone staff were very concise,knowledgebale,and friendly in handling the exchange. no hesitation to order again and i will. lee tackett m.d.

If you have a handicam with a LanC mini plug input, then look no further. This is an excellent tripod with professional level features and contstrucion. There are controls in the stalk of and at the end of the handle which control the handicam via LanC input. Just spectacular. Rock Solid, Smooth panning, RM functions built in.... An absolute Must.
