I am a small business owner who needs to ship hundreds of packages a week. Before I purchased this thermal printer I used to tape down my labels. I also wasted a lot of 8.5" x 11" white papers along with many cartridges of ink. Thanks to this printer I don't have to worry about replacing ink or paper. I just put in a roll of 250 labels and I am good to go and it's only 2 cents per label. I save on ink, paper, tape, and most importantly - time! I have had this Zebra printer for about three weeks now and I am very satisfied with my investment. It's high quality and prints labels in a heartbeat. The only problem with it is that every time you turn it on it spits out a blank label which you cannot force back in - you have to rip out that label. I found the solution to this by just leaving the printer on 24/7. Overall this is a great investment if you want to save time and money.
