Can not be repaired, Difficult To Empty, Messy, No Parts available, Small Bin Capacity

The unit worked well but something failed inside and now starts shredding and does not pull the paper anymore. I found a plastic gear broken (lack of quality) and can not find the part anywhere. Waste culture!
