We bought this project for my grandmothrs 60th wedding anniversary. Everyone was surprised to see all those old pictures and better yet the projector’s quality was amazing and made the whole event even more memorable than words. It’s easy to operate and there’s not a lot of equipment to keep track of so it’s easy to set up or put away. The pictures just come to life and I am sure that anyone that uses it will have a memorable time.

I had an X1 in my home theater. And I was looking for a new one. I am surprised every time I look at anything on the XR-10XL, because the details are vivid, and the colors are eye-catching! The only drawback would be that the zoom lens doesn't work too well, but it’s no big deal to bother.

We got the projector to help with the presentations that we do on the road with our business. It has been working perfect! Good quality, easy to control and use with the laptop. We have no complaints!

This is the best projector for the price. Sharp has really come through. The Focus is manual, but if you have it in a fixed position you shouldn't have to worry about it after one adjustment. The keystone is only top and bottom, so its ok to rest your projector at an up or down angle, but it needs to be close to straight on. I have waited several months to review it, just to make sure I didn't mislead any of you. At 13 feet wide, the picture was still amazing. Its also comes ready to plug in the next generation dvd players: HD-DVD AND BLURAY. The only thing thats a bummer is no DVI or HDMI input. I have an upconverting DVD player and cannot use the better technology. But all in all I am extremely satisfied with my purchase.

I was disappointed in this purchase. I heard so much about Sharp projectors from my colleagues that I decided to go ahead and try this one. It comes out very nice and is good for about 3000 hours on economic mode, though I haven't personally put it to the test--I turn it off whenever i can. However it only has a s-video connection as far as connecting it to a laptop. Which worked out great until my company replaced my laptop to a model without s-video! How frustrating!
