I bought this product and was so happy with the excellent printing that I told all my friends and my sister bought one also. Unless you use it frequently, it will not print effectively. I changed cartridges although it was only partly used, and did all the problem solving suggested. It still does not print right. I am very disappointed. My sister's unit did the same as mine.

I always have my small lap top with me incase I have to do a quick photoshop. Also I have WiFi camera. If I am doing portrait at a wedding one of my employees can be at a table with printer. Thisa also would be helpful when I do other events I can pick the picture send it to the printer were I can sell it to the Buyer. This way I can keep Shooting with minimum delay

the pictures come out awesome, i bought it for my wife for scrap booking and she loves it. the only thing i would change is that it should come with the usb cable to hook it up to a computer, but other than that we are very satisfied.

The Charm did fine at first, but when it sits for a few months, it needs a whole new (and pricey) toner cartridge. Doesn't seem like a good product for people who like to print every few months.

The CHarm does not have the zoom feature that was found on the earlier Picturemate photo lab Snap (gray box). That was the best feature and you've eliminated it! I like the quality of the print, but with no zooming ability the fun is gone!
