Great Product For Duplex Printing

I have two minor issues with this product:First, not enough controls to reduce the amount of toner placed on the sheet. HP only gives you three settings. I placed it on the lowest setting but wish I could tweak it a little more. Second, customer service is located in Costa Rica and for some reason they can't get my small network to find the printer without adjusting the IP address almost daily. My HP 4050n ran for years without having to adjust anything. I'm sure this glitch will be solved eventually.

We have been looking for a printer for a long time. This was the best value and had excellent reviews from other users. Our company bought two and the users are very happy, especially with the 42 pages per minute.
