For the price this is a very good printer and I just bought two of them a month ago. We were in need of two printers that would work simultaneously for us through out our daily functions in the office. They arrived 2 days apart from each other but nothing was missing out of the package. We were able to have them installed within an hour of set up and the office didn’t miss a beat. I like that you have the option to print in color and am impressed with the quality of the print jobs.

I had used this printer at my workplace, and I think this is not good for home use because it's very costly and quite huge, but believe me if you want a high volume job then this baby is the mutt's nuts. I wish I could afford to buy one for my personal use; because the output had been superb so far. The print quality is outstanding. It's very fast. All functions are satisfactorily good, and it’s highly reliable.

we just got this for our office. It is a bit noisier than we like, but other than that it is really working well for us. No jams, easy to use, fast and efficient. We are very happy with it.

Works fine and is faster than the old one. It has only one fault . It has no straight through paper path so, no there is no good way to print envelopes!. I wouldn't recommend this for the home. I saw the demo prints for this and another printer at the store, and can't really tell the difference between them. I know a good print, and I can barely see any problems. This is a business where everyone has an eye for the tiny details and this model is great.
