This laptop is more advanced than the Toshiba laptop I owned several years ago. I love the keys because they are so comfortable. All the features of the laptop combine to make it very user friendly.

Appreciate the speed; however, since it is so new there are few programs loaded and I'm hoping when they are it doesn't slow down. Keyboard is easy, like the numbers on the right. Beautiful screen savers. Review limited because it's the middle of the holiday season, busy trying to unload files from my old laptop to this and keep up with a busy holiday schedule.

Battery life not as long as expected, but I primarily use it plugged in. Screen is a little too bright, haven't yet found how to dim it some. Other than that, I'm very pleased with this purchase and got a great deal on it. Been getting used to Windows 7 installed on it since my last computer had XP, quite a difference between the two. I like the color and styling, although it does collect fingerprints on it.
Expensive to Update Memory

Warning. This machine does not come with an empty memory slot. To maximize the memory you must replace all of the memory with new memory as well as pay a high service fee.

This is my 2nd Toshiba Laptop, my first one I have had for 5-6 years and thoroughly enjoyed. I am looking forward to the same quality, ease of use and longevity with my new, Satellite Laptop.
