So far has no problem...Best part is sony's customer service... Had a problem with my old sony tv, I called sony repair...sony find ot there is no authorized repair center in my state...sony replaced my old tv with new KDL-55HX820 for FREE... Main part sony delivered NEW one at my home and take old one back for FREE too. GR88888 service...

THE 55NX720 IS A KILLER,. GREAT PICTURE LOT`S OF APPS TO KEEP YOU BUSY. LIGHTSENSOR TECHNOLOGY, EDGE BACKLIGHTING,MOTIONFLOW, ECT,ECT. GREAT UNIT FOR THE PRICE.

I'm only a 15 year old but i'm technically savvy so dont let that put you off this review. I agree with the person who said the TV is slow. It takes almost a minute to load up everything and that includes basic commands like volume and such. The internet is horrible, dont use it. I can't review the speakers because i'm hooked up to a surround sound system. It pairs with other devices well especially sony devices (ex. my blu ray player and surround sound). The picture is fantastic, it's breathtaking actually. The picture is smooth as well. Personally i don't like the tv's with unbelievably smooth pictures so this one is fine. The 3D is bad. I hoped for better but it's just horrible and the glasses are expensive too. It looks amazing on my wall though. The border around the screeen is desiigned to blend into the actual screen when it is off so it has a clean look. overall i would definitely recommend this tv especially considering how expensive other similar tvs are (samsung).

it's a great tv, but if you're looking for something to connect to the internet, it lacks a qwerty keyboard or anything close too it.. the supplied remote reminds me of the original days of texting with a simple cell phone... clicking the same button over and over until you find the right character, then doing it all over again.... yes, they do offer a free app for your smart phone, and I'm told if I wanted to go buy sony laptop that I might be able to use that... but to develop such a beautiful product and leave such an important feature as a keyboard controller out of the picture ( not even available as a accessory ), tells me this TV is not quite ready for what it was designed too do...

Compared to the Sony 46" KDL model flat screen I have is like day vs night . This NX model is not yet hooked up to HD service until friday.
