I have a really great experience to use this one. However, it is not easy to get one. Epson check everything when I bought it. So, I am satisfied with the printer.
Been happy with printer since day one.

Great general purpose printer. For the price, the photo quality is stunning. Use presentation paper in some of my applications, and the color redention is very good. Also like the larger printer cartridges.

I have upgraded from the R1900 and ourchased the R2000 with a rebate from Epson. i am very pleased with the upgrades in this printer. Even some of my customers remarked about the improved quality1

Great unit and great photos, BUT, the printer runs out of ink too quick ! ! ! Printed 12- 4x6 and 1- 8x10 Completly Out of Cyan, Red and Gloss 70% to 80% used on other colors I think this is too much ink used for 13 pictures
