I only had it hook up for 2 weeks and really have no problems yet. Of course HP has always make good dependably printers, had 3 in the past 20 years. This printer fits my needs and really have not had any problems with the printer heads that I have read from other users. Maybe it is based on the fact that I know a little more about the technology behind computers with a MS degree.

I print a lot of flyers for real estate property. The documents look great and the printer is fast. I had one problem with the printer folding down the corner of each paper, but I must have had the paper loaded incorrectly because it has not happened again. Good printer, easy to set up, good quality printing and fast.
