I love this phone! I needed a phone that could keep up with my day to day workload and this hit the spot. I was attracted to the sleek look and dark color. The chord wasn’t long enough as I like to walk around when I talk so I just bought another longer one. It’s got all the great features, voice mail, hold music, speakerphone, and even groups and speed dial. The calls are very clear and the manual is very easy to follow when learning for the first time to do a to set up the date and time, make a conference call, etc. It’s a great office phone but could work well for a very busy family as well!

No, I would not recommend this to a friend
The phone claims it's for the business decision maker who doesn't have a PC. What business decision maker doesn't have a PC? It's a good phone, but the point of VOIP is to save money. This phone is a little bit of overkill.
