I have never used any other manufacturer except Samsung. They make a good product built to last. This DVD player has a 5 disk system so you don’t have to worry about getting up and changing the DVD. It’s great for parties or special events. Very cool looking player and I recommend it to anyone!

Really you can't go wrong with this system. You can easily have it in the living room or bedroom or den. The sound is great, everything hooks into my flat screen perfectly and I can even plug in the ipod. Who can ask for anything else.

The only negative I found is the lack of S-video and some part of A/V connectivity. I can still connect my camcorder, but I can't run it off the remote provided by Samsung. The majority of my other HD parts have to be connected right in to my HDTV. The USB drive starts with lots of slack, but it would be good to have some more HDMI output/inputs.

got drawn in by price and stuck around for specs and performance. finally finished with furnishing and floor for livingroom the wife demanded. Only problem not much left in the budget to actually make living room livable. Came across the ad for home theater and started to research to make sure the system not so low end as to embarass the furniture. Sound rock solid. Picture crystal clear. 5 disc changer sweet. Lovin' that I can attach the iPod for a quick musical interlude. Over all I give it 2 thumbs up.
