continuing cons: not a good balance of sound. Bass tends to get mushy.

Hace ya 7 aÃ+/-os que tenia unos auriculares tecnichs y cierto dia Entraron a robar mi casa y adios, eran grandes y lo unico bueno que tenian el cable era de casi 2 metros de largo, buscando me encontre en Sony Style Chile Estos MDR-XB300 los vi y me enamore los compre A Los Ojos Cerrados llegue mi casa los puese en mi MP4 y el sonido es realmente espectacular unos bajos ricos no se acoplan no molestan, con sus fundas suaves tan en las orejas ni se sienten, los coloque en mi celular y el resultado fue igual, luego en mi pc escuchar musica los juegos, etc Todo lo que sonido del mar es realmente genial con un volumen bajo, pense que como vienen sellados y no los puedes probar hasta que los compra, defraudarian pero me quede encantado, los recomiendo a un 200% quedaran maravillados con su sonido espectacular, antes de comprarlos tambien lei este foro de gracias opinión de Mas era verdad de lo que crei aca en Chile son $ 41 Dolares Que no es tanto pa la calidad de sonido uno tiene, adquieranlos con toda confianza .........

Wow!!! These headphones are amazing!!! I had a pair of Sony MDR-NC7s which had pretty good bass, but required a AAA battery to run the noise reduction, which gave it its rich sound. It also had a problem with sound cutting off when going over bumps in the road while I was on the bus, which is where I used them primarily. The headband was also very uncomfortable after a short amount of time. These new MDR-XB300s have a quality of bass that I believe to be even better than Dr. Dre headphones that cost 6 times as much. I don't even need a battery to run them. These new headphones don't cut out on the bus, and as a bonus, they are very effective earmuffs for winter. I was skeptic at first glance on the comfort, but I was gladly proven wrong. They are very comfortable. The only negative aspect I have found is that they don't fold up in any way. But overall, I am amazed. Two Thumbs up. :) Good Job Sony.
