Cons:
Flimsy, Naisy, Non functional, No tech support, Unreliable

No, I would not recommend this to a friend
The thing was DOA on arrival. Would not read/write/format any disks at all. Box says from W98 through Vista, but none of those OS's would make it work. Tech support by BYTECC is non-existent. Don't waste your money
