Kicks out of my DSC-T100

This memory stick won't stay seated in my DSC-T100. I lose half the pictures I think I'm getting and repeatedly get a "reinsert memory card" message. It also locks up my ScanDisk card reader. It appears to be physically thicker than my 1GB and 2GB memory sticks.
