I find that it jams fairly easily when duplexing. Not sure if it's the stapler's or the printer's fault. When it does jam, if I set it to staple, it forgets to so I have to staple it manually. Though when it does successfully duplex, it does staple it so it's not entirely awful.This adds quite a bit to the height of an already big printer, so shorter people have a hard time getting the output.
