No, I would not recommend this to a friend
Bought it for my mother and father, but was disapointed when i found the USB cable is actually not operable. Even when i used a similar cable matching the products USB it still didnt register, you must buy a seperate SD card for use. The pixels are okay but I'll be going with a kodak next, they have the resolution and come with wireless options.
