This product has a number of reatures I really liked. The iP47 supports Bluetooth technology, so I could wirelessly dial and receive calls through its speakerphone function. I also liked the fact that I could see the caller ID on the large LCD display much more clearly than on the iPhone itself. I love waking up each mornig to my iPhone music. My friend likes to wake up to the radio or buzzer and he makes use of the dual alarm clock too. I had a little trouble setting up all the bluetooth connections. I am tech savvy, but bluetooth is new to me. Definitely must read the instructions and invest some time into figuring out how to setup everything!!

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
If you have an iPod and you don't have this iHome you are missing out on 2/3 of the iPod experience. Hook up the iHome, which for me was super easy. Plug your iPod into it, charge it, play etc.
Then turn on the alarms which were also super easy to set up and you have alarm for morning, your clock radio/alarm choice too!
Take it with you when you travel if you want. I did, and it was way better than trying to master the hokey hotel alarm clock!
