After just one year, it no longer recharges! Frustrating. I love the camera but the battery is no good.

i buy alot of sony product and i stand by your namei love your t.v. have 3 in my house and you radios i got this camera and the battery did not last.this is not good so now iam thinking twice about your cameras this battery last less then a year . i read the info book to make sure i was using this right ..... need to get better batteries that last longer

Once my order was shipped, I received an email with the ship date and a tracking number. However the tracking number I was provided is for an order that was shipped to someone else back in June in a different state. I've been trying to get an answer from Sonystyle customer service for two days now. They have yet to reply back to my website inquiry and forget about getting someone on the phone. This is the only company that makes you call back because their call volume is too high. No wonder their call volumne is high. They can't even provide a valid tracking number for a purchase you make from their website. This is the second and LAST time I ever buy something from Sonystyle website. As for the product, I'm sure it will be fine if and when I get it.
