I got this stereo last year for christmas. I LOVE IT!! I can plug my ipod in and hit play. Super user friendly. Bass is way good. Vibrates my Whole house!!! I havent had a problem with it!! No complaints at all!!!!

If all you want is the music, then this is for you. Sony never disappoints. It is a little damaged on the two speaker wired protection but you can't really tell. Everything else is working fine. It is refurbished and work like it is brand new. I had it for a few months now and this is exact what i need for a small area like the bedroom. Over all, Great Purchase and the Price you can't beat. And by the I don't even use the sub-woofer for the boost so imagine how loud it really gets. :)

I bought the Sony MHC-EC909ip expecting a high performance system with clear dialog and house shaking bass. Well thats just what it is about. The bass can be heard from a block away , and the sub is only an 8 in. The dialog is also very sharp which is nice. The main reason I bought the system was for the woofer. Even without a sub the system is still pretty sweet, but I personally love bass. With the sub the bass is much more loud and intense. I would recommend this system to anyone who loves music or is an audiophile. The price is a little high about $210.00 after tax, but its defiantly worth the money!
