USB port came loose inside unit just like other persons. This is unacceptable.

I just purchased this GPS last week here, and foundout that the USB port is loose right after opening thetoo-simple package. What's more worse, the USB cable cannot reach the connecting part in the port after plugging in. It's basically a piece of dead meat to me now. [...]

This is my second streetpilot i3. I bought the first one last year, I don't know how I every survived without one.
When my son went back to college this year he took my gps with him. He drove 710 miles by himself without getting lost. My son has no sense of direction so my peace of mind was worth giving up my gps.
I've found that I have become very dependent on the gps (I don't have to drive and try to read a map at the same time, and I like that) all I have to do is listen to the ladies voice. I can't live without this thing so I'm buying another one.
