This is probably the best bang for the buck among all of the auto GPS units. I shopped long and hard for a GPS for my wife's birthday. She wanted "easy to use" and "accurate". She got both and is delighted with it. The voice instructions are loud and clear and pleasant. It has all the points of interest in the software package that she finds useful, (Gas, ATM's, [...]). Suggestion to all who are new to these, as we are, save yourself the hundred or more dollars on upselling to higher end units because of the bells and whistles they offer. They don't really work better. They basically all have the same mapping. My wife already has a bluetooth headset for her phone so she sure doesn't need to yack away through the GPS. Integrated traffic is often late or simply not reliable enough from those I've talked to that have it. If you come upon a traffic jam, just turn away from it, this little sweetie instantly reroutes you... I was all but sold on the tomtom one or the nuvi350 when I came across this 320. [...]
