It was easy to figure out how to set it up. I had to check the online user's manual for a couple things but then WOW -- absolutely beautiful images. I'm very happy with this awesome printer.
Great machine, great value

I bought this wide-format all-in-one printer a few months ago. Very good quaility printing, both for business and art/photos. And, at a good price. It is quite noisy when printing and the print options are a bit complicated, but would recommend this printer.

Never worked out of the box. Several hours were wasted the first week trying to resolve the problems. Then it was pushed to a corner were it has gathered dust since.

As far as printing goes it does well. As far a switching between 8-1/2 by 11' to 11' by 17" is quick & easy. If I do anything with my wireless network, the Printer goes brain dead on me & I have to call tech support which usually involves a uninstall followed by a re-install to get it back on line. There is noting in the manual on how to do this.

This machine almost does everything I want it to. It copies, scans and prints with high quality and speed. One reason I got it aside from the integrated features is the large scanning bed that can scan 11 x 17 documents. I am disappointed with the fax feature. The auto receive feature does not work. Everytime the regular phone rings it sets off the fax and I'm not sure the manual fax works in that I have had a lot of failures on the receive side. I have tried a number of fixes, none of which worked. I noticed way down in the manual small print it says that the fax feature may not work properly with certain phone systems, one of which is mine.
