This printer has really impressed me. [...]was easy to set up and install, had even better costumer service than I expected and hasn’t had a problem in a 4 months! I’m a heavy duty user and expect a lot out of my printer and scanner. I print anything from calendars to business cards with the greatest detail of quality. I personally never have a need for the fax but it does work. Great product all around.

I'm not too much satisfied since working with LaserJet 2820. The speed is not what I was looking for and what one can expect from HP Laser Printer, it was worse on printing colored pages. However, it looks gorgeous when put on the table; but speed is the real thing for which I was very conscious. It's also a bit noisy, so put it at some distance where you work, since it will interrupt your working. I'm totally disappointed so am advising you to think before you buy.

Honestly, this is a noisy printer, and I'd like one that maybe prints a bit faster on the color graphics pages, but that is about it on the negative side. HP printers always tend to be loud, but they are also durable, dependable and they give a good quality product. This printer is no different. The real plus is how fast the first page prints from sleep mode. No more waiting for 8 minutes for the printer to wake up and work! That's good news.

Installation was easy. The first thing you should do is insert the installation CD.. Use the active guide. This machine is a well constructed, professional quality machine, but it is bulky and heavy for the average person. This is an outstanding color printer. I have used it for more than six months. Be careful when you order, because this item did not include the 250 sheet paper tray. Overall, I'm very happy with it.
What is HP doing with the fax?

My office wasn't too happy with this printer. The color pages print extremely slow. Takes almost half a minute to print one page. Also, why is HP taking all the fax functions out of most of their All-In-One models? I'll need to find a replacement. Just not good for what we need.
