I absolutely love this product. It makes my work life so easy. Everything I need to do at work, now I can work comfortably at home. No more long hours at work and missing dinner with my family. The online how to videos are very helpful, thank you. It provided me with everything I needed to set up my all in one.

I just bought this printer a couple of days ago. It was very easy to install and I am no technical genius. All you have to do is follow the step by step instructions. I have only printed a couple of things so far but I am very happy with the quality. I connected it wirelessly and just a tip when you type in your password turn off the caps lock on the printer keyboard. :)

I bought this printer one week ago.... Today I tried to print in color for the first time. I received a ! Warning ; Load Cassette 1 correctly and press (Black) or (Color) button. The cassettes are loaded correctly, but I took them out and reloaded them. I get the same error message and cannot print in color. So far, I am NOT pleased with this product !!!

The WP-4530 has worked well. Wireless setup could have been made easier for a Mac computer. All features have worked and the menu is easy to navigate. The printing is a little light on the normal setting but it can easily be adjusted.

I really like the ease and versatility of the Epson, and the fact that we can use less ink because the colors are separate. Thank you.
