Set up was easy and uneventful. The all-in-one printer is larger than my other Epson printers but more versatile with extended features. Printing in both black or color is quite fast and quality is excellent. Wireless set up is great and allows my wife and daughter to print from their laptops. Very pleased with this purchase.
It was nice until it started spilling yellow ink

I have it for 2 years now. Worked well. I liked all the features and Epson software is OK. All was great until a few days ago.... It started spilling yellow ink. I bought another cartridge and still continued spilling ink all over. Just checked and it is a very common problem with a plastic film membrane covering reservoir under pressure. Took it apart and was not able to fix it. Looks like it will become a pile of e-waste. What a shame!!! I hope Epson fixed this problem. I'll give it one star. What a waste!

My Epson WorkForce Pro WP-4530 All-in-One Printer is the work horse of our small business, so when she broke down after several years of perfect work. I thought I was gonna be buying another one. But I put in a call to the folks at Epson and told them my story, they said they would replace my printer No Charge, and FREE INK.. true to there word Epson ship me a new Printer and all is well. I am very happy to be doing business with the folks at Epson I have purchased all my electronics from them in the past, and I will be buying more in the future. Thank you Epson for your strong commitment to your customers.
