I had three faulty ink cartridges and th Epson Service Rep. sent them out to me promptly on two back-to-back attempts to set up my WP4530 refurbished purchase... Only the black loaded successfully and the Service Rep. helped with the rest of the set up on the phone... She did a fine job is is a real positive asset for Epson... Thank You

It has been a pain since date of install. It is difficult to customize settings (print to back tray, print photo paper, etc). I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times to no avail. I just bought less than 6 months ago and now I can't print at all due to all the lights on the front blinking constantly.
Ditto on Yellow Ink Problem

After 2 yrs my 4530 started spewing yellow ink on my photos and inside the printer. I replaced the yellow cartridge and it still happened. After reading reviews it seems this is a bad design in several Epson printers and it always occurs with the yellow ink.

When my WP 4020 printer became defective Epson replaced it promptly with a superior WP 4030 and gave me excellent support in in installing it. I am grateful for their exemplary service. Sincerely, Rev. Kurt P Nemitz

Performance, excellent on ink usage which saves a lot of money. There could not be better customer service and tech. support!
