This is THE go-to device for all of the diverse interests of my wife and myself. Double-side, high-quality printing, double-side scanning, faxing; all get a workout. And the 4530 has performed reliably and well in all these tasks. For the money, this has been an exceptional product.

I have purchased a total of six of these printers and I have had no problems with them.I have one at my home and have put five into service at the school where I am employed. They all work well with a array of different computers. They give excellent color copy's and very sharp black and white copies.
Problem with the unit ...

Problem with the unit communicating on Windows 8.1 getting past the fire wall. I could operate with no problem from PC, but not from the control panel of the printer. Solving the issue took hours of calls to Linksys, Epson, and Microsoft to figure out what the problem was. Even applying the settings to allow Epson through the firewall didn't work, Microsoft had to remotely access my computer to set it up correctly. Not something I could do myself.

We had to have the first one replaced due to leaky ink. The company was very good to work with. We seem to continually have issues with it's communication with the wifi. When it works it works great but it is down more than up. I would not purchase this printer again.

I just bought this printer so much better than what I use daily.have used OTHER PRINTER for years,but this will use less ink,print better faster and can do more with it..so can't wait to start using the printer for a year or so .would tell anyone looking for a printer I would buy a EPSON!!!!!!!!!!!!
