My Epson WorkForce Pro WP-4530 All-in-One Printer is the work horse of our small business, so when she broke down after several years of perfect work. I thought I was gonna be buying another one. But I put in a call to the folks at Epson and told them my story, they said they would replace my printer No Charge, and FREE INK.. true to there word Epson ship me a new Printer and all is well. I am very happy to be doing business with the folks at Epson I have purchased all my electronics from them in the past, and I will be buying more in the future. Thank you Epson for your strong commitment to your customers.

I really love this printer!!!! It's Wi-Fi is awesome. Please note: when purchasing, if the store offers/recommends getting the phone help for an extra cost, decline it. It was a waste of my money. I was able to connect all of my devices just by following the instructions. It was simple!

Have made several attempts to follow instructions and set up. The printer cannot read the supped ink cartridges nor the new Epson ink cartridges.

I cannot say enough good things about this product. For the price, it functions extremely well and performs copying, printing, scanning, and faxing to the very highest standards and, in my opinion, to a level of standards that exceed reasonable expectations for the price paid. I highly recommend this product.

Takes too long to set up. Had to run installation twice to get the printer driver installed. Never could get it to connect to my wifi even though I have several computers, tv, tablets and house controls connected. Big disappointment.
