Ordered the product and it came when expected but it was broken and made a loud clacking noise as if gears were slipping. Called HP and they replaced it but the entire process took 2 weeks before I had a printer to use. The replacement works fine and does what it is advertised to do.

Only inconvenience was that the Install Disk didn't work with Windows 7. I had to go to the HP website to download it. Other then that very quick, easy and user friendly setup. Great product.

I've purchased three home printers in the past, those bargain printers that come with a computer purchase. They never worked as expected. For a little more money I got this HP 8500 wireless and it is by far the best printer ever owned. Set-up was a snap
