well I received this printer at 7:50 p.m. I set it up, it printed 5 pages and quit. After an hour on the phone with hp they tell me that the ink that came with it was just for set up!!!!! So the next day I purchased ink over $100.!!!!! It printed for about a week then ink started leaking on to paper. After another hour with hp they sent me a new print head. After receiving it after about 100 pages the print head went out again. I called Hp and they told me that they would send me another printer but refurbshed. I refused after all the printer was only 3 wks old. [...] sO i AM NOT HAPPY!!!!!!

The product has a poorly designed paper tray, which does not pick-up paper for printing. I would not recommend this for even a light user.

I found most everything to fall into place. But, I have had the unit for about three weeks and still have not found out how to make my laptop print wireless to this unit.
