The product itself is not very good. It leaks quite a bit and isn't very cold. The worst part is the rude and slow customer support from the manufacturer. I'm surprised they can stay in business.

It’s a Dehumidifer and a heater in one. I was surprised to see this made by this company but I bought it in hopes to help with the poor draft system in house in the winter. It works very well probably takes about 20 minutes to get the room to a comfortable temperature. I have them in all the rooms in the house. The price was a little high but its well worth it.

I purchased this unit after a thorough research seeking a portable AC strong enough to chill a 400 sq ft room. I'm really dissatisfied; it did spot cool, but never efficiently cools the room - it doesn’t puff really cold air. Also, the manual doesn’t guide very well. The tech support is too unresponsive, and it has been a regret to buy this product.

I'm not in a position to be messing with machines and windows. I have oil heat. This portable heater/cooler has solved all my problems. It is kind of funny rolling it to the room I need, but my place is small and I am getting used to that. Wow what a money saver it has already become. I'm really happy somebody finally did this!

In my opinion, this portable room air conditioner does well to combine the function of a window air conditioner, dehumidifier, heater, air cleaner, and fan. Over the months, it has saved us space and energy. The great VFD display generates its own light, and is brighter than an LED. It also offers more contrast, and is easier to be read in direct sunlight. The collected moisture is recycled and eliminated through the exhaust duct. The added use of a fan enhances cooling and fanning performance, maximizes energy efficiency, and improves air circulation. We used it with one hose and later, 2 hoses. And it was no problem to convert between the two setups!.
