The VanCryst™ Media Matrix Solution is a combination of the VM1616T 16x16 Cat 5 A/V Matrix Switch and the VE500/VE300 A/V Over Cat 5 Extender. The VM1616T is a Matrix Switch that routes and distributes audio, video, and RS-232 signals over distances of up to 300 m with 1920 x 1200 video resolution. The VM1616T can receive data from up to 16 audio/video sources and transmit data to up to 16+1 audio/video displays. The VM1616T offers several convenient ways to access and control the source devices: locally, with front panel pushbuttons and an RS-232/RS-485/RS-422 serial port; and remotely, over the Internet with a browser-based web page interface.
