I have a cleaning company. We have about 30 of these units. These vacuums work well. Usually they are still working fine after 3 years of daily use but need to be replaced for cosmetic reasons. It is not as quiet as it could be but it's not as loud as most vacuums. What I like most about this vacuum is it's not heavy and it's very easy to grab the wand to hit edges and corners. I do wish that it didn't require a bag. It does the work of vacuums that cost three times the price.
