Comments about Axis Communications M1031-W Network Camera:

I use this camera indoors for security while away. It works well for this especially with the PIR motion detect, very accurate. The 2 way audio works very well.

Where this camera falls short is that image is grainy and it doesn't do all that well with minimal lighting.

I had issues with the firmware, but their support is excellent and they were able to provide me new firmware to fix the issues.
