linx extenders extend your Ethernet connections up to 8,530 feet (2,600 m) via coaxial cable or up to 6,200 feet (1,900 m) over a pair of unused straight copper wire. Two Elinx extenders are required for the Ethernet extension, one at each end of your extension points.
