Squaretrade extended warranties are based on an industry standard mail-in/carry-in service model. Meaning, if a service partner is located in your area you can drop off equipment for warranty service repair and pick-up once the unit is restored to full functionality. If no service partner exists in your area equipment is shipped to centralize repair depot. Customer pays for outbound shipping and Squaretrade covers return shipping.
Please confirm with Squaretrade for service locations in your area for the particular make and model of equipment you intend to purchase. New service partners joining the Squaretrade network every month to constantly expand coverage across the widest geographic area.
