With a continuous-duty motor, this heavy-duty shredder is ideal for a midsize busy office. Shred paper, staples, paper clips, and credit cards. Shred 18 sheets of 20 lb. paper at 26' per minute into 1/8" x 1-1/8" cross-cut pieces (security level 3). Two solid steel, cutting cylinders are subject to practically no wear and no sharpening and are made with a laser-cut and special heat treating process for a more precise cut. Patented V-TEK cutting groove technology creates higher cutting capacity with lower power requirements. WhisperShred Technology reduces decibel levels so you experience a low noise level (64 decibels) whether running idle or shredding paper. Totally enclosed gear box helps reduce noise and prevents failure from dust and debris getting into the gears. Design offers a 10" throat, automatic start/stop control via electronic eye, reverse button to release overfed paper, container full indicators, and 20 gallon waste bin with a reusable collecting bag.
