Shred 40 to 42 sheets of 20 lb. paper at 25' per minute into 1/4" strips as well as staples, paper clips, credit cards and CDs/DVDs. Continuous-duty motor delivers continual shredding with no down time to increase productivity. Jam-stop Auto Reverse Technology prevents jams when trying to shred too much paper. WhisperShred technology reduces decibel levels so the shredder emits a low-noise level whether running idle or shredding paper. Two solid steel, cutting cylinders experience practically no wear and no sharpening with the laser-cut manufacturing process and special heat treating process. Patented V-TEK cutting groove technology creates higher cutting capacity with lower power requirements. Totally enclosed gear box helps prevent failure from dust and debris getting into the gears. TAA-compliant shredder also features an 11-4/5" throat, 64 decibel range, and 28 gallon waste bin.
