As a retired illustrator, I needed a scanner that would give me the best results at a reasonable cost. This one has allowed me to digitize and share my work with friends around the world. The images and colors are as true as the originals. I have converted thousands of old photos and many hundreds of color slides with nary a hitch. Customer service has been outstanding and patient when dealing with a 70 year old non-techie. In my post retirement pursuits as a writer and children’s book illustrator, I’ve found it to be true and accurate for book illustrations and cover images. I would and have recommended the Epson V330 wholeheartedly.

After owning several very durable and accomplished competitor scanners, I purchased the Epsom V330. It's very workable but not outstanding. It's a pain not to be able to copy and paste a scanned image for instance. (One has to save it first.) The preview screen also isn't large enough to make small adjustments. The software is not properly intuitive although IU am getting used to it after six months.

This photo scanner does an excellent job of creating digital photos. I'm using it to convert old slides and photos, both color and b&w. The results look as good as if the originals were digital. There is a difficult learning curve to setting up the scanner, and the manual did not make setting it up easy. After several hours struggling to figure it out, things came together.

This product is very good and it has performed very excellent for me, the only reason I have given this product a 4 star rating is the power and usb needs to be in back of scanner instead on the front side. I have owned Epson products ever since I've been on the CPU'S and none of them has ever failed me, my first printer was a NX1020 Star printer and it used the Epson Emulation (Hope I spelled that right). I'd Recommend Epson 100%.

This Epson scanner is the best,and is easy to use.which has helped me save photos without having dozens of photo albums lying around. I have scanned over 2000 photos, made copies of some of those that I have scanned, resized and restored them and they have printed beautifully. I highly recommend this scanner, and the price was very resonable.

This scanner has a lot of good features for the price. It scans photos, slides and some negatives. I needed a scanner that would also scan larger negatives but the cost of one that would do that was prohibitive. The V330 scans at high resolution and the software gives you lots of options, some which are beyond my expertise. The Scan-n-Stitch software is very helpful as I have a lot of oversize photos. It doesn't always work but most of the time it gives great results.
