I am very please with my purchase of this refurbished package. While it did not include certain cables, I saved a lot of money buying a simple belkin cord myself. The scanner works as good as new and my images come out really crisp. For this price range, I am impressed by this product.

Received the product promptly. Did not come with a power cord. Two of the three software DVDs were missing. Not worth the hassle to buy a refurbished product. Obviously zero quality control when it comes to packaging.
