We are unable to support 3rd party software programs, although we will try to point you in the right direction. Hardware Support will help you with questions regarding Error Messages displayed on your Printers Display, Print Quality Problems, Sensing Errors and other Mechanical problems. They also provide Service Request Numbers (SRN), if you wish to return a printer for warranty or non-warranty repair. Technical Support Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EST.
