Powerware Global Services certified technicians validate the installation integrity of your AC or DC power system by performing the initial on-site start-up, verifying system operation. Bypass operation testing, software parameters confirmation and basic operational training are included in the on-site system start-up. A full mechanical inspection of the systems components is performed. On an annual basis both the UPS and battery will receive performance checks. This enhanced service provides an annual assessment of UPS parameters with both visual and electrical examination of system's condition and performance providing the unit with ultimate care for maximum protection. Expedited Delivery of Replacement Parts and Batteries * 24 hour response time within 100 miles of a Powerware established service location.
