Comments about Optoma HD66:

I use this in my living room for TV and movies. It was cheaper than a big screen LCD and it was a nice upgrade from my last projector that I had gotten for free. Its bright enough to use with the lights on and easy to set up. Not to mention u don't have to worry about kids breaking the screen.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
