Supporting the GBIC form factor that can be used with Fiber or Copper installations, this module also offers higher density coarse wave division multiplexing (CWDM) and ZX-based GBIC deployments when used in the Catalyst 6500 multilayer switch series or Cisco 7600 Internet Router Series.
